Disposable vapes don't come with fuel gauges, so knowing when yours is almost empty requires paying attention to a few telltale signs.
Reduced Vapour Production
One of the first signs your disposable is running low is a noticeable decrease in the amount of vapour produced per puff. If your clouds have become thin and wispy, the e-liquid level is likely getting low.
Weaker Flavour
As the wick becomes less saturated, the flavour intensity drops significantly. If your once-vibrant fruit or menthol flavour tastes faint or flat, you are probably nearing the end.
Burnt or Dry Taste
This is the clearest signal. A harsh, dry, or burnt taste means the wick is almost completely dry and the coil is burning without proper liquid saturation.
Auto-Draw Feels Restrictive
Some disposables become harder to draw from as the liquid depletes, because the airflow channels interact differently with less e-liquid present.
LED Indicator (if present)
Many disposables feature an LED that flashes when the battery is low or the e-liquid is depleted. Check your device's manual for what the flash pattern means.
When you notice two or more of these signs together, it is a good time to have a replacement device ready.
